Welcome to the Jason Hardy State Farm Agent office in El Dorado, Arkansas.

I’ve spent my entire life in South Arkansas and am proud to continue a family legacy as a second-generation State Farm Agent right here in my hometown. I opened my office in 2013, but my career in insurance began much earlier—starting in 1994 as a State Farm Claims Representative.

After two years, I worked as an independent adjuster for 15 years, then returned to State Farm as a team member in my mother’s agency before becoming an agent myself. Seeing the impact she had on her customers is what inspired me to follow in her footsteps. Today, I bring more than 25 years of industry experience to every conversation, along with continuous security licensing throughout my agency career.

From our office on West Main, just a few blocks from downtown El Dorado, my team and I serve customers across Union County, including Norphlet, Smackover, Junction City, Strong, Mt. Holly, and Parkers Chapel, as well as throughout Arkansas and Louisiana.

I’m a graduate of El Dorado High School and Southern Arkansas University-Magnolia, and I’ve always believed in staying connected to the community that shaped me. My wife, Rachel, and I have been married 28 years, and we are proud of our three children and the paths they’re building with their own families. Much of our time is centered around our local church, where I teach a youth Sunday School class and volunteer with AWANA. I’ve also served on the Habitat for Humanity board, held a leadership role as president of the Parkers Chapel School Board, and supported local schools by sponsoring “Player of the Week” programs and participating in community broadcasts.

Outside the office, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors—hunting the woods of South Arkansas, playing golf, or spending time with family at local sporting events or on a beach trip.

At the end of the day, I care deeply about this community and the people in it, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my neighbors every day.
